I live with this idea on top of my head: To make education freely available to both – privileged and underprivileged.  That is true enabler of equality.  This idea will be a reality one day. And believing in this idea keeps me alive and awake to collaborate with the travellers on this journey together.

I am Priyank, and exploring new ideas, to simplify the life.

Dream a lot and put everything forward to act on it. I am born in to an amazing family, I founded a Company, a Community, a Network and a NGO with zero money, investing everything I have earned (again and again), by creative collaboration and a to-do list of infinite items.

I realised a virtual identity is needed over my preferred in-person way of connecting to the people, to broadcast my views to the network, to share my learnings and to reach out for the business.

The human inside the name me: 

I am Priyank (also known as Priyank Pathak, Priyank Deepak Kumar Pathak, Priyank DK Pathak, and Priyank DK). Born in Indore, belong to a villange Chaterkheda, brought up in small cities Banapura & Harda, graduated in Bhopal, lived in Mumbai, Delhi and now stationed at Bengaluru.

In the year 2013-2014, I left my job from a wonderful company Valtech to pay attention to a list of challanges at home, and later started a company by name INNOVATION ROOTS. My initial focus was to get some bread & butter, however our destiny in written in stars.

My Mission Statement about Conferences: ” I saw a significant dip in the quality of conferences happening around me since past few years, so I have created one community by name ‘Agile Network India‘ of like-minded peoples those are strong believers in values and principles. This is an attempt to rebuild the values system and our end objective is to do FREE TICKET Valuable Conferences, and so far we are not very successful in our initiative but we are confident to be there very soon.”

My Brief Profile –

Priyank is a Software Engineer and Enterprise Agile Coach.

In this role, Priyank is responsible for assisting providers and projects in identifying, defining and evangelizing into practice high performance software and service practices based on the principals, concepts and manifesto of Agile and leanings from other models. His work includes training, mentoring and assessing teams and helping teams in improving their contribution to customers in the domains of software engineering, product innovation and IT services

Priyank holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Product Owner,  and SEI – Certification on ‘Introduction to CMMI’ and Agile Certification (by coaching various teams), he is SQL-Lover and semi frequent speaker at various Agile forums & Software Engineering user groups. He is recently awarded as “Kanban Fellow” by Kanban University, Seattle, USA.

He has enjoyed various roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Database, and Process & Quality Analyst. He worked at HCL Technologies for EMI Music (now acquired by Universal Music) account for Agile Transformation of many teams based out at UK, NA, India and Japan; Cybercom Datamatics for Sony Ericsson Mobile Corporation, ASSA ABLOY & Canon Asia in setting up offshore delivery services and testing services based on Agile methods.

Prior to joining Cybercom Datamatics, he worked for LearningMate Solution, as Quality Analyst for implementing process improvement using CMMI and Agile practices for Publishing houses like McGraw Hill, Pearson, Nelson, John-Wiley & other e-Learning customer projects.  He worked at Zoom Developers, as Senior Software Engineer for System Business Analysis to Gov of India IT/Energy Department for e-Governance, ERP-MIS, Smart Card projects and started software job at TH, as Software Engineer for System Business Analysis to Government and Private Societies for Banking and Finance projects.

Priyank has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University.
